Feminine Empowerment is the discovery of one’s self in a supportive environment using self-reflection, exploration and creativity.

We approach this concept by offering a careful selection of workshops and integration week-ends, each based on a different theme.

​

The use of a talking circle is used to introduce the various personal development workshops and creative activities such as dance, movement and personal make-overs, all led by carefully researched participants.
